Application for Donation of Horse from private Owner

Private Owners who wish to donate their untrained equine to become a Challenge horse should complete this application form. The equine must be between the ages of 3-12 years, sound, in good health, current on vaccinations, and have a current (within 3 months) negative Coggins.  We reserve the right to have the equine examined by our veterinarian before acceptance. Application does not guarantee selection into the program, as there are a limited number of equines needed for the Heart of the Horse (HOH) Trainers Challenge.  Any private owner whose equine is accepted will be asked to sign a surrender agreement to Heart of the Horse Limited. The equine will be made available for adoption to an approved home at the conclusion of the Heart of the Horse Expo & Trainers Challenge under the HOH protection umbrella for the duration of its life.
